Great hospital, modern and clean. The staff is very helpful but sometimes their English can be a bit difficult to understand.

I came to the hospital to find a second opinion on my medical problem. We received cursory attention and it was quite clear that they did not feel people from 'the sticks' were the type that should be using the facilities. This was coupled with the consultant telling us halfway through the consultation he did not 'do much oncology' any more despite his being the person chosen by the hospital to see us. Not a positive experience. No invoice has been yet received. Y Balchin

the hospital is spotless and clean the staff are great.
however be prepared that there are a lot of middle east patients with their families in tow that do not behave like they are in a hospital - so shouting and noise is an issue. The windows do not open but a tiny gap so if your stuck in a room here for days like I am there is not really any fresh air. The food is ok - but generally aimed at middle east clients. Bring your own pillow as the pillows hair are not high quality and stick to skin.
The buzzer on the ward is so loud and is ringing all day long and is very annoying as there is no sound proofing on the doors so you can hear everyone in the hallway as well.
The medical care is very good.
I have stayed at other private hospitals in London and would most likely not choose this one again.

If you have to be in Hospital this has to be the place to be.
Both medical and hospitality Staff and the cleaners went out of their way to be considerate and caring
Nothing was too much trouble - food quality excellent
Mr Bridle and Dr Liban ( Surgeon and Aneithestest) were superb .
